Troubleshooting: Pipedrive Administrator permission Required

If the connected CRM user does not have administrator rights, some features may not work as expected or may be blocked entirely.

How to fix the issue

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Check the CRM user connected to Surfe

  2. Make sure this user has Administrator permissions in your CRM

  3. Remove and reinvite the user to your account:
    To reinstate a user with a paid seat:

    1. Remove the user from the Surfe Dashboard (Admin view).

    2. Reinvite the user.

  4. Reassign the paid seat to the user.

Only a Surfe Admin can perform these steps. Make sure the user has the required CRM permissions.

Once Surfe is connected with an administrator account, the issue should be resolved.
