How to fix the issue
Please follow the steps below:
Check the CRM user connected to Surfe
Make sure this user has Administrator permissions in your CRM
Remove and reinvite the user to your account:
To reinstate a user with a paid seat:Remove the user from the Surfe Dashboard (Admin view).
Reinvite the user.
Reassign the paid seat to the user.
Then the user needs to uninstall and reinstall the extension via this link.
Only a Surfe Admin can perform these steps. Make sure the user has the required CRM permissions.
Once Surfe is connected with an administrator account, the issue should be resolved.
