Create & Link Deals with Surfe (New Side Panel)

You can create new deals, link contacts to existing deals, and manage existing deals directly from the Surfe side panel while browsing LinkedIn.

Note: Before creating or linking a deal, make sure the contact is already synced to your CRM.

Create a new deal

  1. Open a LinkedIn contact profile

  2. Open the Surfe side panel

  3. Make sure the contact is already synced to your CRM

  4. Click Add Deal

  5. Select the pipeline where you want the deal to be created

  6. Fill in the deal information

  7. Click Save

The deal will be created directly in your CRM and linked to the contact.


Link to an existing deal

  1. Open a LinkedIn contact profile

  2. Open the Surfe side panel

  3. Make sure the contact is already synced to your CRM

  4. Click Link Deal

  5. Search for the existing deal

  6. Select the appropriate pipeline if multiple pipelines are available

  7. Confirm the link

The contact will then be associated with the selected existing deal in your CRM.


Manage existing deals

If a contact is already linked to existing deals in your CRM, Surfe will display them directly in the side panel, including the associated pipeline and deal stage.

From there, you can:

  • view linked deals

  • see which pipeline they belong to

  • open the deal in your CRM

  • update deal information depending on your CRM setup

This allows you to manage deal workflows without leaving LinkedIn.


Important

  • The contact must already exist in your CRM before creating or linking a deal

  • Available pipelines and fields depend on your connected CRM

  • Deal management is available directly from the new Surfe side panel without leaving LinkedIn
