Message Templates in the New Side Panel

Creating a template

  1. Open the Surfe side panel

  2. Go to Message Templates

  3. Click Create Template

  4. Add a title and your message

  5. Save

Your template is now ready to use.

Edit or delete a template

  1. Open the Surfe side panel

  2. Go to Message Templates

  3. Click on the side dots next to the template you need to edit

  4. Select Edit or Delete

  5. Save changes if you edit the template

Personalise with variables

You can insert dynamic variables such as:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Company Name

  • Job Title

Simply type # while editing your template and select a variable.

Example:

Hi #FirstName,

I came across your profile at #CompanyName and wanted to connect.

When copied, Surfe automatically replaces the variables with the prospect's information.
