Creating a template
Open the Surfe side panel
Go to Message Templates
Click Create Template
Add a title and your message
Save
Your template is now ready to use.
Edit or delete a template
Open the Surfe side panel
Go to Message Templates
Click on the side dots next to the template you need to edit
Select Edit or Delete
Save changes if you edit the template
Personalise with variables
You can insert dynamic variables such as:
First Name
Last Name
Company Name
Job Title
Simply type # while editing your template and select a variable.
Example:
Hi #FirstName,
I came across your profile at #CompanyName and wanted to connect.
When copied, Surfe automatically replaces the variables with the prospect's information.
Using a template
Open a LinkedIn profile
Open the Surfe side panel
Select Message Templates
Choose a template
Copy the generated message
Assign a recipient
Open LinkedIn and the Surfe side panel.
Go to Message templates.
Find the profile you want to assign.
Go to the recipient's profile.
Click on "Message" and your message will be automatically pasted.
Sharing templates
Templates are private by default.
If you'd like your team to use a template, you can share it with your workspace.
