How to add LinkedIn profile pictures to CRM contact

Surfe users who are connected with Pipedrive or HubSpot have the ability to also add the profile pictures of their LinkedIn contacts to their CRM. This can be really useful in putting a face to a name and reminding you that you’re talking to a real person.

This feature is automatically activated when you have the LinkedIn URL property mapped to the correct field in your CRM. This is the property that allows us to identify unique LinkedIn profiles.

To correctly map the LinkedIn URL property so that your contacts’ profile pictures automatically upload to your CRM, head to the Properties Mapping tab in the Surfe Dashboard. Scroll down until you get to the ‘Identifiers’ section and select the field you would like to connect to the LinkedIn URL. If you haven’t already created a field in your CRM for the LinkedIn URL, it is really important that you do this to avoid creating duplicates and encountering other errors when using Surfe.

Now that the LinkedIn URL field is correctly mapped, the profile pictures of your LinkedIn contacts will automatically be added to your CRM if you are using HubSpot or Pipedrive.
