With Surfe, you can send emails from your Gmail account without leaving LinkedIn. Emails can be sent to your LinkedIn contacts directly from their LinkedIn profiles.

To send an email, an email address must be present in your CRM that is associated with this contact. You’ll know if you already have their email address because it will appear next to ‘Email’ the Surfe panel that floats on top of your contacts profile. If you don’t already have their email address, you can use Surfe’s Email Finder to get it.

To send the contact an email, simply click the ‘Email’ button to the right of their email address, next to the Gmail logo.

A window will pop up where you can enter the subject and message of your email as well as selecting whether or not to include your Gmail signature. You can also format text by highlighting the text you have written.

Simply hit ‘Send’ and your email will be immediately sent to the LinkedIn contact’s email address.
