Understand and Track Your Credits
Updated over 2 months ago

In Surfe, credits are the ‘currency’ we use when enriching contact information. Each credit allows you to find and verify a phone number or email address. You can use credits to retrieve a contact’s email and phone number directly from their LinkedIn profile, when exporting lists from LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and for bulk contact enrichment through a CSV file.

Note; we only charge credits when an email address or phone number is found. If the requested information isn’t found, we don’t charge you.

Keeping track of your phone number and email credits is essential to ensure you’re never caught off guard. Surfe makes it easy to monitor your credits directly from the side panel.

  • Mobile Credits: Each phone number credit allows you to enrich a prospect's mobile number, giving you access to their direct contact information.

  • Email Credits: Each email credit enables you to enrich a prospect's work email and landline / HQ phone numbers, ensuring you can reach them through their professional channels.

Understanding Your Credits

Total Monthly Credits
This is the number of phone number and email credits you receive as part of your Surfe plan each month, these credits renew at the start of each billing cycle. However, there are yearly plans available, and all the yearly credits are available right away!

Extra Credits

  • Extra credits in Surfe refer to any credits available outside of your regular plan. These might be directly bought in our app but also be earned as rewards for completing specific actions, like the onboarding checklist, or as a goodwill gesture for long-term users.

  • If you run out and feel the need for extra credits, no need to wait for the next billing cycle! You could simply purchase extra credits through the bulk export page by clicking on the cart icon and selecting as many email and phone number credits as you wish.

How do extra credits work?
Extra credits are available to everyone on your team once your regular plan credits are used up. When you're enriching contact info, your plan credits will be used first. If those run out, extra credits kick in.
Right now, you can’t limit how many extra credits each person uses—once they run out of plan credits, they'll start using the extra ones shared by the whole team. We're working on a way to set limits soon.
Extra credits don’t renew automatically, but we're planning to add this feature. They expire 3 months after you buy them.

How to Track Your Credits

Option 1) The Side Panel

Step 1: Accessing the Side Panel

  • Open Surfe and navigate to the side panel.

  • Click on the profile icon to access your account details.

Step 2: Viewing Your Credits

  • In the profile section, you will see a summary of your credits.

  • This summary includes the total number of phone number and email credits you receive each month, as well as the number of credits remaining for the current month.

Option 2) Bulk Export Page

Accessing the Export Page

  • Open Surfe and go to the Bulk Export Page.

  • You can then view your credit points in the top right corner.

Running out of credits doesn’t mean you have to stop enriching contacts!
