How to create a CSV file from a Sales Navigator lead list with Surfe?

  1. Make sure that “Trigger email & phone enrichment automatically” and “Trigger mobile enrichment automatically” are deactivated in your Surfe Dashboard.

  2. Open LinkedIn Sales Navigator and go to your lead list.

  3. Select the contacts you want to export. You can learn more about it here.


  4. Click the “Export to CRM” button provided by Surfe.

  5. Head to your Google Sheets or CRM and select the contacts you want to add to a CSV.

    *Save your CSV file in UTF-8/Unicode format!

  6. Choose the option to download as a CSV file (Lighthouse accepts only CSV files).

Or you could use an external service to export contacts from Sales Navigator to Google Sheets.
