Refund policy for subscription charges

Explains Survio's no-refund policy for subscription charges, including forgotten renewals, and what customers can do to avoid future charges.

Written by Vít Přívětivý

Survio does not offer refunds for subscription charges, including renewals that were forgotten or not intended. This page explains why, and what you can do to manage your subscription going forward.

Why Survio does not issue refunds

Subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default to ensure uninterrupted access — this is how the subscription model works, and the renewal date is visible at all times in your account. Because of this, Survio does not issue refunds for charges that result from not cancelling before the renewal date, including situations where the renewal was forgotten.

Refunds are not available for subscription renewals, even if the charge was unexpected or unintended. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.

What you can do instead

While we cannot refund charges that have already been processed, you can take the following steps to prevent future charges:

  1. Cancel auto-renewal immediately — go to the Subscription & Billing section under My Account and click Cancel subscription at the end of the page. Your access continues until the end of the period you paid for.

  2. For PRO Business, Starter, or Medium plans, contact our support team to cancel the renewal — these plans cannot be cancelled directly in your account settings.

  3. Set a reminder before your next renewal date so you can cancel in advance if needed.

How to find your renewal date

You can check when your subscription renews by going to the Subscription & Billing section under My Account. Your renewal date is displayed there.

Still have questions?

If you believe your charge is the result of a technical error (for example, you were charged after successfully cancelling), please contact our support team with your account details and we will investigate.
