Within a custom dashboards, you can create a various data sets. Create a dashboard just for specific questions in your survey or filter out all data based on filters.
Example:
Select only questions related to specific topic
Create a report for whole survey based on filer criteria, e.g. team, customer type, negative responses, positive responses and more.
Dashboard created can be shared to anyone via share link. Only data in given dashboard are visible via this link. Receiver of this link can not access any other data.
You can set automated reporting of this dashboard. Receiver(s) of this report will receive a PDF version of given dashboard. You can set time and frequency, when the updated data are shared via email.
Dashboards are created per survey.
Creating a dashboard
1. Access Results of a survey for which you want create a dashboard.
You can access the Results from main menu by clicking on three dots (...) or via survey editor, selecting Results option
2. Select Dashboards from the menu on the left-hand side.
3. Click Create dashboard in the upper right corner, and select the question(s) you want to include in your dashboard.
4. You can give your dashboard a name that reflects the type of data visualized, or to which division/month/quarter/etc. the data belongs to.
5. When you've added the questions you want to visualise, you can also edit how the dashboards look. Change the colours, axis labels and the type of charts by clicking on each data pane.
You can of course apply filters so you see the most relevant responses.
Sharing a dashboard
Every dashboard can be shared via the link. If you want to share the current results to the responders why they submit the survey, you can. Just add the link to the dashboard in she share settings -> website redirect. Responder will be redirected to this dashboard once survey is submited.
Click on the Share button to open the sharing dialogue. You can share a URL or send the dashboard link through Survio's e-mailing tool.
Real-Time Update Functionality
One of the standout features of Survio's dashboards is their ability to update in real time. As new survey responses are submitted, the data displayed on the dashboard is automatically refreshed. This ensures that your audience always sees the most up-to-date results without requiring manual updates.

Setting up scheduled reports of your dashboards
By clicking the Automated reporting button, next to the Share button, you can set up automatic reports. These reports will be sent to your e-mail address according to your chosen parameters.
