Why did my information auto-fill at checkout?

Wondering why your computer auto-filled your information at checkout? We've outlined all of the details here.

Confused about the need to enter a code during checkout? Worried about your personal data being automatically populated? We've got you covered!

At Survival Frog, safeguarding your privacy is our top priority. We don't store your payment details in our system.

The reason you're prompted for a code is that you've previously enrolled in Shopay, either with our store or another online retailer.

Quick tip - to adjust the sound, select the speaker icon. To view the video in full screen, click the button with four arrows located at the bottom of the video to the far right.

Want to proceed without Shopay? Here's what you can do:

  1. Simply click the "x" on the code input box.

  2. Alternatively, click anywhere outside the box to exit as well.

Shopay (more info HERE) is a secure 3rd-party shopping platform. Enter your email, and it handles filling in the rest!

If you're not using Shopay, your computer browser may auto-fill your information. You can easily opt-out or edit that information in your browser!
