Q: Is it normal for the lights to continue flashing while my QuadraPro is charging?

A: Yes, that's completely normal. To check the battery level, unplug your device and tap the power button. The blue LED lights on the side will indicate the battery level.

For optimal charging, we recommend giving your QuadraPro a base charge through an outlet before charging it via sunlight. The typical charging time via an outlet is 2-3 hours.

Quick note: Charging your QuadraPro through an outlet is more efficient than using a laptop or car charger due to the power output difference. Those items can be used to top off your QuadraPro battery but it's not recommended as a main power source.

When you unfold and place your QuadraPro in direct sunlight, the first light will turn green to indicate it's charging.

Charging usually takes 8-12 hours under direct sunlight, but charging times may vary in overcast or indirect sunlight.
