How Landing Page Templates Work

When you create a landing page, you are actually creating two pages at once:

  1. A Form Page

  2. A Success Page

Both pages are designed within the same editor.

Step 1: Create the Page

Click Create Page.
This automatically generates:

  • A landing (form) page

  • A success page, accessible via a toggle next to the form page

Step 2: Build the Form Page

The form page is the first experience customers see after scanning. We recommend the following core building blocks:

  • Company logo

  • Thank-you text (e.g. “Thanks for scanning”)

  • Incentive teaser (e.g. “Here’s 20% off on us”)

  • Customer form fields

    • First name

    • Last name

    • Email

    • Phone number

    • Product purchased (optional, if used across multiple products)

    • Channel used (optional)

  • Terms & Conditions checkbox (required for compliance)

Once the customer submits the form, they are automatically taken to the success page.

Step 3: Design the Success Page

The success page is configured using the toggle next to the form page. Its content depends on your campaign goals, but we typically recommend:

  • Thank-you message (e.g. “Thanks for scanning”)

  • Optional review prompt

  • Product review button

    • Can dynamically pull in the product selected on the form page

    • Or be set to a custom product via hard-coded configuration

  • Discount delivery

    • If you do not use Klaviyo: drag in the Discount Node so users can immediately access their discount

    • If you do use Klaviyo: skip this step and handle discount delivery later via email/SMS

Final Step: Branding

Both the form page and success page should be fully styled to match your brand:

  • Colors

  • Fonts

  • Layout

  • Voice and tone
