What is a Swapt Campaign?

A Swapt campaign is how we bucket and batch the QR codes that will be going on your products.

1 Swapt Campaign = 1 QR Code Order.

The codes in a campaign will all be treated the "same." Which means that every code scanned will link to the same flow, or digital experience.

Factors to Consider

There's a couple important things to keep in mind before you start an order:

Channel and Products

  1. If you do not want to ask which channel someone came from on a landing page, you should create separate campaigns for separate channels.

  2. If you do not want to ask what product someone purchased, you should create separate QR code orders for separate products.

Creating Your Campaign

Your campaign creation process will look slightly different depending on if you are a new vs. returning user.

New User Campaign Creation

  1. Navigate to the campaigns tab

  2. Click "Create your campaign"

  3. Select the products from your Amazon store that you want new codes to go on

  4. Choose code quantity.

  5. Choose your code diameter and warehouse address

  6. Order your codes

  7. Finish configuring your campaign:

    1. design your code. There are three things a successful code has:

      1. A clear CTA that

        1. gives an instruction (scan here)

        2. teases an incentive (claim your reward)

      2. colors that pop against the packaging you intend to apply it to

      3. A pretty design

`Tip: If making and ordering multiple campaigns with the same design, you can save every design as a template.

  8. Assign a flow to your campaign. Choose the flow template that best fits the goal of the campaign you made

  9. You can configure your landing pages, discounts, and re-engagement within your flow. Find out more here.
