An email address is required to use SwapX — without it, you won't be able to withdraw funds or sell items. Verification only takes a moment.
Step 1 - Enter your email address
After logging in, you'll see a prompt asking for your email. Enter it and click "Send code".
Step 2 - Check your inbox
We'll send you an email with a 6-digit verification code. Check your main inbox first - if it's not there, take a look in your spam folder.
Step 3 - Enter the code
Head back to SwapX and type the code into the verification window. That's it — your email is verified.
I didn't receive the code - what should I do?
Wait a moment - emails can sometimes take 1-2 minutes to arrive
Check your spam or promotions folder
Make sure you entered the correct email address
Click "Resend" if a few minutes have passed
If nothing arrives - reach out to us and we'll help sort it out.
Can I change my email after verification?
Yes - you can do this in your account settings. After changing it, you'll need to go through the verification process again.
