I can't see my items - what should I do?

If your inventory appears empty after logging in despite having items on Steam, the most common cause is an incorrect Steam ID linked to your account.

How to check and fix your Steam ID:

  1. Log in to your Steam account in the browser

  2. Go to your Steam profile

  3. Copy your profile URL β€” it looks like this:

  4. Go to your SwapX account settings and update your Steam ID


Other possible causes:

  • Inventory set to private - go to Steam privacy settings and make sure your inventory is set to public. SwapX can't read a private inventory.

  • Items on trade hold - some items may be temporarily unavailable for sale after a recent transaction.

  • Logged in with a different Steam account - make sure the Steam account in your browser matches the one linked to SwapX.
