Your Trade URL is a unique link to your Steam account that allows us to send and receive items on your behalf. Without it, transactions can't be processed.
Where to find your Trade URL
The quickest way is to click this link directly (you need to be logged in to Steam): 👉 https://steamcommunity.com/id/me/tradeoffers/privacy
On that page, look for the "Third-Party Sites" section and copy the link shown there. It looks something like this:
https://steamcommunity.com/tradeoffer/new/?partner=XXXXXXX&token=XXXXXXXX
How to add your Trade URL on SwapX:
After logging in, you'll see a prompt asking for your Trade URL (if you haven't added it yet)
Paste the copied link into the "Trade URL" field
Click "Save"
Can my Trade URL change?
Yes. If you've reset your Trade URL in Steam settings (e.g. for security reasons), you'll need to update it on SwapX as well. You can do this from your account settings.
Can't find your Trade URL?
Make sure that:
You're logged in to the correct Steam account in your browser
Your Steam profile isn't set to private in terms of trade offers
You're using the same Steam account as on SwapX
