After clicking "Sell" on SwapX, one or more of our bots will send you a trade offer directly on Steam. Here's what you need to do.
Step 1 - Check which bot is sending the offer
On the right side of the SwapX page, you'll see information about which bots are handling your transaction. There may be more than one — if you're selling multiple items, each bot will send a separate offer.
Step 2 - Find the offer on Steam
Head to Steam - the trade offer will appear in:
The Steam mobile app (under "Trade Offers")
Your browser: steamcommunity.com/my/tradeoffers
Step 3 - Accept the offer
Review the contents of the offer and click "Accept Trade". If you have Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator enabled, confirm the trade in the app.
⚠️ Important: You have 10 minutes to accept from the moment the offer is generated. After that, the offer is automatically cancelled and you'll need to start the sale again.
What if I received offers from multiple bots?
This is normal when selling multiple items. Each offer needs to be accepted separately. Check your Steam trade offers tab and accept each one.
The offer expired - what now?
If you didn't accept the offer within 10 minutes, the transaction has been cancelled. Your items are still in your inventory - you can go back to SwapX and sell them again.
The offer looks suspicious - what should I check?
Make sure the offer comes from a bot listed on the right side of SwapX. Never accept trade offers from unknown accounts you weren't expecting.
