You accepted the offer on Steam - great! Here's what happens next.
Funds appear in your SwapX account
A few moments after accepting the offer, the money will appear in your SwapX account. You'll see it as an On Hold balance - not as available funds.
Why are funds On Hold and not Available?
This comes down to how Steam works. After every transaction, Steam applies a 7-day trade hold. During this period, you can request Steam to cancel the transaction and get your item back. We need to wait until this period ends and the transaction is final - only then can we release your funds.
This isn't a SwapX decision - it's a standard Steam security feature.
After 7 days - funds are unlocked
Once the trade hold expires and the transaction hasn't been cancelled, funds automatically move to your Available balance. You can withdraw them whenever you like.
