The Invitations Tab in the Team Card is only visible to Owners and other users that have been given the ability to invite others. Inviting users via this tab sends an email granting other users access to the Challenge document. This can include colleagues within the user’s own organization or stakeholders outside the organization.
By default, only Owners are allowed to invite others to collaborate on the Challenge document. However, an Owner can grant any user the ability to invite others to the Challenge Document. To do this, an Owner need to check the "Invite Others" checkbox when inviting a user on the Invitations Tab or when managing users' access on the Access Tab.
It is not necessary for an invitee to already have a SWARM account before sending them an invitation, but the invitee will be required to create a SWARM account to be able to access the platform and the document.
When creating an invitation on the Invitations Tab, the status of the invite will be listed as "Pending" until the invite has been sent. Once the invite has been sent, the status will update to "Invite Sent". Invited users will be shown on the Invitations Tab until they accept their invite. Once the user has accepted, the user will be removed from the Invitations Tab and added to the Access Tab.
