With this new feature you can sell your memberships through the web booking page and via the club page in the Sweetspot app.
In a few easy steps, the player can view your Club´s available memberships, select, sign up and pay for it.
IMPORTANT
To be able to start using the function (the player can't pay otherwise) - you need to fill in the Billing information under Settings. Read here for instructions
For golf clubs connected to GIT
Before starting using the sell membership function, the GIT synchronisation needs to be considered, please contact your Customer Success Manager to set a plan for this:

On the club page in the app, we have added a menu item named “Memberships”.
The Membership page will display a list of the memberships made available in the settings.

Membership Settings
We have added two settings on the membership:
Golf-ID required
If setting is turned on then player must have a verified Golf-ID to be able to sign up for the membership.
If setting is turned off then anyone with a Sweetspot account can sign up for the membership
Show membership in app & web booking
If setting is turned on then this membership will be included in the list of available memberships in the app and on the web booking.
Pricing Settings
The price for the membership is set under the "Pricing"-tab in Memberships.
Apart from the "Price -prepay" which is the price for up front payment of the memberships, we have added fields for setting price for monthly payment option.
The "Price- prepay" and the "Total price - monthly payment" doesn't need to be the same.
If player selects monthly payment option, then the total price for monthly payment will be divided on 12 months.

1st payment is charged to users card at sign up
All other payments will be charged on the 28th each month.
Failed payment
If payment attempt fails, an email will be sent to the user and the payment retried the next day.
In the first version we stop handling the payment after the 3rd and final attempt fails. The club and the user will get informed.
Coming feature: After the 3rd and final payment attempt fails, then we will freeze the players membership.
Please note that this is not a subscription function, it is a Partial payment divided on 12 months, which you will need to make clear in the Terms & Conditions towards the player. The player will be charged on the submitted payment type monthly.
Membership refund
Currently we don't support refund of a membership in the club portal. Please contact for advise when needed.
Membership conflict handling
If the user has a current and/or an upcoming membership that overlaps the duration of the membership that the user is signing up for.
Then we help the user to resolve the conflict by displaying one of the following pages.
