swftbox integrates with the most popular ecommerce platforms so your orders sync automatically — no manual entry needed. Once connected, new orders flow into your Control Room, and tracking updates are sent back to your store.
Supported platforms
Shopify — Install the swftbox app directly from your Control Room. Takes less than a minute. Works with all Shopify plans (Basic, Shopify, Advanced, Plus). Around 85% of swftbox merchants use Shopify.
WooCommerce — Connect via REST API keys generated in your Control Room. Works with WooCommerce 3.5 and above. Your WordPress site must use HTTPS and be publicly accessible.
Magento — Supported via API integration. Contact our support team to get set up with the Magento connector and configuration steps.
Direct API — For custom platforms or advanced workflows, use the swftbox API to create orders, track shipments, and receive webhook notifications programmatically. Requires a developer or technical team.
Other platforms — swftbox also works with Carriyo and iCarry for multi-carrier management.
How to connect
Log in to your Control Room at controlroom.swftbox.com.
Go to Settings (bottom-left icon).
Click Integrations.
Find your platform and click View Integration.
Follow the on-screen steps to authorize and connect.
What happens after connecting
New orders sync automatically into your Control Room.
Customer details, items, and payment method are mapped from your store.
Tracking updates flow back to your store so your customers can track from where they bought.
Order enhancements (OTP, Signature, Chilled) configured in Control Room apply to synced orders.
Delivery option mapping
Standard / flat rate shipping → same-day delivery (AED 15)
Express shipping → express 4 hour delivery (AED 35)
Webhook notifications
Want real-time status updates pushed to your system? Set up webhooks in Settings → Integrations → Webhooks to receive automatic notifications when orders change status.
