Introduction
Selling digital products is one of the easiest ways to monetize your online store. Unlike physical items, digital products don’t require shipping or variations, customers simply purchase and instantly receive their download via email.
Adding a Digital Product
Go to Store → Add Product.
Select Digital Product.
Upload your file (up to 130MB).
Files are stored in your File Manager.
Can be PDFs, images, audio, video, or any other downloadable content.
Fill in product details:
Title
Description
Price
SKU (Stock Keeping Unit)
(Optional) Additional Information (notes, license details, etc.)
Delivery & Access
After a successful purchase, the customer will:
Receive an email with their product files.
Be able to download immediately.
Download links remain active for 24 hours after the first visit (helps protect your files from being shared freely).
Custom Thank You Pages
You can redirect buyers to a specific Thank You page.
Useful for giving extra instructions, upsell offers, or related content.
Categories & Organization
Assign digital products to existing categories or create new ones.
Subcategories can be used for better organization (e.g., E-books → Business, Music → Loops).
SEO & Visibility
Customize the Product URL for search-friendly links.
Add an SEO description for better visibility in search results.
You can also mark products as Hidden if they’re not ready to be sold yet.
Cloning Products
Use the Clone feature to duplicate digital products.
Ideal for creating similar items quickly - just change the file, title, or description.
Best Practices
Always test the full purchase flow to ensure file delivery works.
Keep file sizes optimized for quick downloads.
Use clear product names and descriptions so buyers know exactly what they’re getting.
Consider using categories like “E-books,” “Templates,” “Courses,” etc. for easy browsing.
