Introduction
Email blasts are one of the fastest ways to reach your audience with promotions, newsletters, announcements, or updates. With Swift’s email marketing tool, you can design professional emails, split test campaigns, and track performance all without needing third-party software.
Creating Your First Email Campaign
Go to Email Campaigns → Create New Campaign.
Choose your campaign type:
Standard – send a single email blast.
A/B Test – test subject lines, content, or send times. The system automatically selects the winner and sends it to the rest of your audience.
Choosing a Template
Select from pre-designed templates for newsletters, promotions, webinars, or product launches.
Or, start with a blank template for full customization.
Use the drag-and-drop editor to add:
Headlines
Text blocks
Images or videos (e.g., YouTube)
Buttons and CTAs
Social icons
Tip: Keep your design mobile-friendly. You can preview your email in desktop and mobile views before sending.
Personalization
Add dynamic tags (like first name, email, or custom properties) to make emails feel personal.
Example: “Hi [First Name], here’s your special offer!”
Use personalization in both subject lines and body text for higher engagement.
Styling Options
Adjust background colors, fonts, and layouts directly in the builder.
Use subtle design elements like dividers or card backgrounds to improve readability.
Preview changes in real-time.
Adding Recipients
Select from your contact lists or segments.
Segment by:
Tags (e.g., “VIP Customers”)
Membership groups
Custom properties (e.g., location, purchase history)
This ensures the right message reaches the right audience.
Scheduling & Sending
Once your email is ready, click Next → Schedule.
Options include:
Send immediately
Schedule for a future date/time
Send based on user time zone
Tracking Results
After your campaign is sent, you can monitor performance under Campaign Reports:
Open Rate – percentage of recipients who opened your email.
Click Rate – percentage of recipients who clicked a link.
Top Links Clicked – see which links or buttons got the most attention.
Unsubscribes/Spam Reports – automatically tracked for compliance.
These analytics help you improve future campaigns and understand what resonates with your audience.
Best Practices
Keep subject lines short, clear, and engaging.
Always include a clear call to action (CTA).
Avoid spammy words and over-capitalization.
Test different designs with A/B testing to maximize results.
Respect unsubscribes and always include a visible opt-out link.
