Introduction
Sales funnels are designed to maximize conversions by guiding visitors directly from product interest to purchase without distractions. Unlike a traditional online store, a sales funnel keeps the focus on one product (or a small set of products) and includes advanced tools like 1-step checkouts, bump offers, and upsells/downsells to boost revenue.
Creating a Sales Funnel
Go to Store → Products and create your product (physical, digital, service, or membership).
From your dashboard, click Funnels → Create New Funnel.
Select a Sales Funnel template (optimized for product selling).
Choose from designs for physical products, digital offers, or services.
Some templates feature multiple products - pick one that matches your campaign.
Name your funnel and click Save.
By default, sales funnels are standalone, with their own domain, integrations, and settings. You can also move them inside a website project to share products, integrations, and CRM data.
Landing Page Setup
Add images, headlines, and benefits about your product.
Include testimonials to build trust.
Use a clear Call-to-Action (CTA) (e.g., “Buy Now,” “Order Today”).
Keep the layout simple - no unnecessary navigation or distractions.
Checkout Setup
On the checkout step, double-click the checkout widget.
Select the product you want to sell.
Choose between:
Customize checkout styling and layout with testimonials, countdown timers, or product details.
Bump Offers
A bump offer is a small add-on product shown at checkout.
Example: Selling a yoga mat → add a bump offer for an online yoga class.
How to set up:
In checkout settings, add a Bump Offer.
Name it and assign a product.
It appears just before the “Pay Now” button as a simple checkbox add-on.
When checked, the bump offer is instantly added to the order total.
Upsells and Downsells
After purchase, show customers a 1-click upsell page.
Add an upsell by:
Clicking Add Step → Upsell Page.
Select a product to upsell (e.g., accessories, premium version).
Design the page with a strong CTA like “Yes, add this to my order!”
Customers can purchase instantly without re-entering payment info.
Optional: add a downsell (an alternate, lower-priced offer) if they decline the upsell.
Why Sales Funnels Work
Focused on one goal: converting visitors into buyers.
No unnecessary navigation or distractions.
Built-in tools for maximizing order value:
1-Step Checkout for speed
Bump Offers for small add-ons
Upsells/Downsells for post-purchase revenue
Ideal for campaigns promoting a single product or offer.
Best Practices
Use 1-Step Checkout whenever possible for fewer barriers.
Add at least one bump offer (low-ticket add-on) to increase average order value.
Test upsells that complement the main product (not random extras).
Keep landing pages simple and CTA-focused.
Always preview and test on both desktop and mobile.
Use testimonials and urgency (countdowns, limited offers) to boost conversions.
