How long is the cancellation period with Swiss Activities?

Cancellation by the customer

With Swiss Activities, the customer has the possibility to cancel up until 24 hours before the activity. If you want to post an activity that can't be cancelled, we can do this for you. However, it has been our experience that we get more bookings for activities that offer the possibility of cancellation.

Cancellation by the partner

If you have to cancel the booking for the customer, you can do this as well. Please inform the customer immediately and let us know so that we can refund the money.
