What if my activity needs to be cancelled due to bad weather?

If your activity can't be carried out due to weather conditions, we or the provider will contact you directly. So please make sure that you are reachable under the contact details you provided when booking (email and phone) shortly before the activity.

If the provider decides to cancel for safety reasons, you will either receive a full refund or (depending on availability) be offered an alternative date. Booking with us entails no risk even with uncertain weather forecasts, as you will not lose your money in case of cancellation.

Your safety always comes first, and our partner sometimes decides last-minute on whether to proceed. This applies particularly to the following outdoor activities:

  • Paragliding

  • Canyoning

  • Rafting

  • Mountain tours

  • Bungy jumping

  • Skydiving

  • Mountain biking tours

  • Kayaking

  • Ski tours
