Surcharge for international credit card will increase to 2.9% starting from 17/07/2023 for every direct debit payment through Sorted or The Switch app. The surcharge remains at 1% until 23:59pm AEST on 16/07/2023.
There's no change to cards from an Australian credit/debit card which remains at 1% for every transaction. There is no fee for using Australian BSB/Account number via direct debit on Sorted or The Switch app. To update your payment method, follow instructions HERE.
