Direct Debit is our preferred option:
Over 90% of our residents are using direct debit to pay rents. You can set it up easily via the initial deposit/bond payment email or via The Switch app which gives you full visibility of your payment history, when you next payment will be, among many other features.
There is no fee for using an Australian bank account (BSB/Account number) to set up direct debit. Our surcharge with Australian issued Visa or MasterCard credit or debit cards is only 1% which is very competitive among payment providers.
Please note Non-Australian issued Visa or MasterCard credit or debit cards (international cards) attract 2.9% surcharge starting from 17/07/2023.

We do not sell or hand over your details to other companies for sales and marketing purposes.
The Switch's partner, Sorted, secures your personal information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure.
You will not receive sales calls from third party providers. Each additional service you select via The Switch app is your choice.
