Direct Debit is our preferred option:
- Over 90% of our residents are using direct debit to pay rents. You can set it up easily via the initial deposit/bond payment email or via The Switch app which gives you full visibility of your payment history, when you next payment will be, among many other features. 
- There is no fee for using an Australian bank account (BSB/Account number) to set up direct debit. Our surcharge with Australian issued Visa or MasterCard credit or debit cards is only 1% which is very competitive among payment providers. 
- Please note Non-Australian issued Visa or MasterCard credit or debit cards (international cards) attract 2.9% surcharge starting from 17/07/2023. 
 
We respect your privacy.
- We do not sell or hand over your details to other companies for sales and marketing purposes. 
- The Switch's partner, Sorted, secures your personal information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. 
- You will not receive sales calls from third party providers. Each additional service you select via The Switch app is your choice.
