How to request a fix if something is not working in my room/apartment

You can easily log or submit maintenance request via The Switch mobile app. Download the app on App Store or Google Play Store and use the same email on your application/lease agreement to login (you can use 'Forgotten Password' to set a new password to login).

Once you are in the mobile app, either click on Raise request or New maintenance request to submit the maintenance request:

You can track status of your request under Requests:

You can also cancel a request if you no longer need our maintenance staff to attend to the issue.

Our staff may send you a message via the app if we need any additional information regarding the request you have submitted. If you haven't downloaded The Switch app, please do that as the app is really handy for you during your stay with us!
