For Sydney Residents:

Our internet provider in Sydney is SiLANT. If you encounter any WiFi related issues you can contact them by phone: 1300 428 808 and Option 1 for Support.

For Adelaide, Perth and Melbourne Residents:

Click 'forgot password' on the log in portal to reset your account details 😀

Renewed your lease and now your internet doesn't work?

Reach out to the team (or request to talk to a person) - we might need to renew your internet account too!
