Once you get to Australia, visit one of the Commonwealth Bank branch to collect your Debit Mastercard. We recommend Sydney Chinatown Branch for the most convenient option. Click here for their opening hours.
To reach the Sydney Chinatown Branch from The Switch Kensington:
Walk a few minutes towards the Royal Randwick Light Rail Stop (L2) or ES Marks Light Rail Stop (L3).
Take the light rail to the Chinatown stop (Both L2 and L3 will take you there).
The Commonwealth Bank is directly across from the stop.
You'll need to provide your ID for verification within 20 days of opening your account, or your account may automatically close. Make sure you bring:
Your current passport (original document required)
Your student ID or letter of enrolment
