What's the problem
Swoo exists in two different versions — one for (Google) Android phones, and another for Huawei phones. Huawei devices run their own operating system, which is not fully compatible with Google Android.
Some Huawei users install special solutions (GBox, GSpace, and others) that allow them to run the Swoo version designed for regular Android phones. The app launches, but works unstably or doesn't work at all:
Data doesn't sync correctly
The app may freeze or run slowly
Notifications may not arrive
Some features, especially payments, don't work properly
How to fix it
If you have a Huawei phone, install Swoo directly from AppGallery. This version is specifically designed for your phone and works as intended.
If you've already installed Swoo through emulator programs, delete the app and reinstall it from AppGallery.
