First, please do the following:
Update the Swoo app to the latest version if needed. You can do this via Google Play, Huawei AppGallery, or directly from the official website https://swoo.app/d.
Clear the app cache. This can be done through the system settings of your device. For guidance, see How to clear cache.
If these first two steps do not help, try logging out of your account and then logging back in.
If none of the above works, try to update Google Services (GMS)
