If the app doesn’t start, crashes, freezes, or shows a blank screen, please make sure to do the following first:
Make sure your device is running Android 8.0.0 or higher, is not rooted, the bootloader is locked, and no custom firmware is installed.
Update the Swoo app to the latest version if needed. You can do this in your mobile app store.
Clear the cache associated with the app. You can do this in your device's system settings.
Re-login to your account: log out and then log back in.
Restart your device and try again.
