The app doesn’t work on my device. What should I do?

If the app doesn’t start, crashes, freezes, or shows a blank screen, please make sure to do the following first:

  • Make sure your device is running Android 8.0.0 or higher, is not rooted, the bootloader is locked, and no custom firmware is installed.

  • Update the Swoo app to the latest version if needed. You can do this in your mobile app store.

  • Clear the cache associated with the app. You can do this in your device's system settings.

  • Re-login to your account: log out and then log back in.

  • Restart your device and try again.

If none of the above helped, you may have encountered a bug that we aren't aware of yet. Please reach our support team and describe your issue in detail:

  • in-app chat (the "Help" tab in the bottom navigation bar);

  • in-app contact form ("Menu" → "Contact us by email").
