In short, it's totally fine. Your card works just like any other. This usually happens if your card is from a small local store or brand, and we don't have a cover for it in our database yet. We might add it later if many users have the same card.
When you add a card to Swoo, our system tries to recognize it and match it with a beautiful cover from our database. If there’s no match, the card stays as you scanned it. This mostly happens with cards from smaller brands or stores. We already have covers for most well-known issuers and continue adding new ones
