My identity verification is incomplete. What should I do?

If there are some issues with your identification, we'll notify you right away. Here's what you need to do in that case:

1. Tap the banner on the Crypto tab that says "Verification incomplete".

2. Check the reason why your identification was rejected.

3. Tap on the rejected identification to re-submit it, and follow the instructions.

Now, wait for your verification to complete. It should take about the same as your first verification did, or a bit longer. Meanwhile, you can continue using the app. We’ll notify you about the verification status.
