I didn’t receive an SMS code. What should I do?

If you haven't received the verification code, please follow these steps:​

  1. Verify your phone number: Ensure that you've entered the correct phone number and try again.

  2. Restart your device: A simple restart can resolve temporary issues.

  3. Check SIM card settings:

    • If you use two SIM cards, make sure the verification code was sent to the active one.

    • Confirm that your SIM card is functioning properly by inserting it into another device.

  4. Ensure sufficient storage: Make sure your device's internal storage isn't full, as this can prevent message receipt.

  5. Contact your mobile operator: Reach out to your mobile service provider to check if there are any issues with your phone number or mobile network

If you still don't receive the SMS code:

  • If you don't receive the OTP for contactless payments activation, please refer to your bank's customer support for further assistance.

  • Otherwise, please contact our support team through one of the following methods:

    • In-app chat: Navigate to the "Help" tab in the bottom navigation bar.

    • In-app contact form: Go to "Menu" → "Contact us by email".
