Why can’t I pay with Swoo Pay on some terminals?

There are several reasons why you might not be able to pay with Swoo Pay on some terminals

  1. Card and Bank
    Swoo Pay currently supports contactless payments only for specific cards. Please check the list

  2. App and Phone Settings
    Make sure your phone and the Swoo app are correctly configured for contactless payments. Incorrect settings can prevent transactions from going through

  3. Terminal
    Not all POS terminals support contactless payments. Ensure the terminal is equipped with the necessary technology and is functioning correctly

  4. Sanctions
    If the bank servicing the terminal is under sanctions, this may block payments through Swoo Pay
