Why can’t I pay with Swoo Pay on some terminals?

There are several reasons why you might not be able to pay with Swoo Pay on some terminals

  1. Terminal
    Not all POS terminals support contactless payments. Ensure the terminal is equipped with the necessary technology and is functioning correctly

  2. App and Phone Settings
    Make sure your phone and the Swoo app are correctly configured for contactless payments. Incorrect settings can prevent transactions from going through

  3. Card and Bank
    Swoo Pay currently supports contactless payments only for specific cards. Please check that your card is activated for contactless payments in Swoo
