If you're a business interested in signing up to use SynchPay, please schedule a meeting with us using the Intercom chat bubble in the bottom right of your screen.

There are a couple of procedural items that should take less than five minutes on your side to complete.

Legal & Compliance

We will need to get the following information from you or your accountant for our Know Your Customer (“KYC”) and Know Your Business (“KYB”) purposes:

  1. Your legal business name

  2. Your DBA name

  3. Your Employee Identification Number or Taxpayer Identification Number

  4. Your business's primary legal address

  5. A list of any associated persons (i.e., the owners' names)

  6. The formation state (e.g., New York)

  7. Your business phone number

We use a recognized identity verification provider to confirm your business's details.

KYC for Key Persons

The person responsible for linking your bank account information will need to confirm their identity with some quick personal details and an ID picture.

Link a Bank Account

Your company's representative will then authenticate your bank account details with another commonly used, secure service.
