One of the first things you need to do when you sign up for SynchPay is connect your bank account. Your bank account is linked
Your bank account is securely linked through Plaid. You will need the login details to your business bank account, and may need to have a certain person's phone to complete a two-factor authentication check.
Go to the 'Accounts' tab
Click "New"
Complete the Plaid authentication process
Make sure to click "agree" when it asks if you want to share information, and make sure that you have selected the correct bank account. You can always change this later.
After completing the process, you may need to ensure the "default" box is selected in the second column.
That's it! Now you're ready to go make a payment request.
