Our sign-up process for new merchants is fully automated and on average, takes only 3 minutes to complete. 

As a regulated financial institution, we reserve the right to request any additional information or documents as required to comply with the law. However, we always try our best to make sure processes are as fast and as frustration-free as possible.

You may start, or continue to, access our platform before verifying your bank account but you can’t receive any funds until we have satisfied legal and regulatory requirements. You will be reminded of this by pop-up and email when submitting new transactions. You can check the status of this in your user account.  

You can keep track of your previous and pending transactions on the 'Transactions' screen. In addition, we will always keep you posted via email.
