Tabeo works with sole traders, partnerships and limited companies in the UK.
Sole Traders will need to identify and verify:
Owner: name full name, date of birth, home address
Credit: credit check (soft check only)
Partnerships will need to identify and verify:
Partners (all): name full name, date of birth, home address
Credit: credit check (soft check only) for at least 1 partner
Limited Companies will need to identify and verify:
Company name
Directors and Officers: full name, date of birth, home address
Shareholders who own 25% or more: full name, date of birth, country of residence
To meet our ongoing compliance checks, you may also be asked to provide:
Proof of ID for owners, partners or directors/officers/shareholders
Proof of address for owners, partners or directors/officers/shareholders
*If the shareholder is another company, we also need the following information about the owners of that company: full name, date of birth, country of residence.
For dentists, we may ask for GDC numbers. We may also verify the status at the CQC. For vets, we will confirm the director(s) at the RCVS.
