Returns and refunds are subject to the merchant's policy. 

Please contact Tabeo if you would like to return your item(s) or claim a refund. Tabeo will only issue you a refund if the merchant accepts your returned items and processes the refund within 120 days from the date of purchase. 

We will credit any payments you have made on your loan, up to the amount of the refund and less any interest you have paid, to the original form of payment within 3 to 10 business days of the refund. If, however, the merchant issues you store credit, you will still be responsible for repaying your loan.
