How do I send a transaction?

Step-by-step guidance on sending a finance transaction

Please note, this walkthrough is using Tabeo's updated transaction screen.


STEP 1: Press 'New transaction'


STEP 2: Input price of treatment

Once price has been added, the term lengths will be available to select between.

You will be able to see Term length, APR, and what it has been estimated the patient will pay each month (assuming they are approved). The patient receives 3 term length options to choose between; the term length you have selected and the 2 options that come before. In the below image, you can an example of the options the patient can be presented with.

If you want to select a different term length, press 'Show all Finance terms'. For reference, the available term lengths are specific to each individual practice. For example, if your practice has not selected to offer 12 months, that will not be an option for you.

Once the term length as been selected, press continue


STEP 3: Select clinician

Select the clinician who is responsible for the treatment and move to the next stage


STEP 4: Select treatment

Select the treatment the patient will be having. After selecting the treatment, 'continue' to the next and final step

NB! Available treatment options are subject to business type. In the above example, we seeing dental treatment


STEP 5: Add patient details

Input the patient details, including email and a UK mobile number.

If the patient is in the practice and would like to complete the application with you, select 'Apply with Patient'. This will open the application on your device and you can complete it with the patient.

Alternatively, you can select to 'Send finance link' which will send the application directly to the patient and close it on your device.

NB! We ask for confirmation of salary. For privacy reasons the patient may prefer to complete the application on their own.
