You can find the subsidy fee when sending a new transaction.

Once the treatment price has been added, the available term lengths will be visible.

Click 'View details' on the relevant term length, and click the drop down for 'Subsidy fee calculator'. You will then be able to see the subsidy fee for the specific transaction.
