Once the order has been accepted, it is not possible to change the pickup or delivery time. In some cases, updating these times may not be accepted by third parties like POS systems. For delivery orders specifically, riders may already be on their way to your restaurant.

As a workaround, we suggest the following:

  1. Cancel and reorder: Cancel the order and ask the customer reorder to reorder from your shop. Your customer will be automatically refunded and notified via SMS.

  2. Book a rider yourself: Mark the order as Self Delivery via the settings wheel on the live order page. You can manually arrange the delivery at a time that is most convenient.

  3. Ask customer to pick up: Request your customer to pick up the order themselves and refund the delivery fee to them.
