Rescheduling the pickup or delivery time is not possible, but you can do the following to help serve your customers at the new date/time.
Cancel and reorder: Cancel the existing order and ask your customer to place an order for the new date/time. Your customer will be automatically refunded and notified via SMS.
Book a rider yourself: You can arrange your own delivery at the new date/time. Go to kitchen.tablevibe.co -> Live Orders -> Find your order -> Click on the settings wheel -> Mark as “Self delivery”. Note you will have to manually arrange your own delivery at your desired delivery time.
Ask customer to pick up: Mark you order as "Self Delivery" (see item 2 in this list). Request your customer to pick up the order themselves and refund the delivery fee to them.
