Email Signature – Google Workspace Integration

This guide explains how to configure email signature synchronisation on TAC using Google Workspace. Once the integration is complete, TAC will automatically set centralised HTML signatures for all users.

1. Prerequisites

To proceed you will need:

  • Admin permissions on TAC

  • Super admin permissions on Google Workspace

  • Access to the Google Admin console: https://admin.google.com/


2. Accessing the integration on TAC

  1. Log in with your TAC admin account

  2. From the left-hand menu, go to the Integrations section

  3. Click "Connect to Google"

You will see a list of available synchronisations (User Sync, Email Signature, Calendar, etc.). Each synchronisation requires specific permissions (scopes) that you will need to authorise in Google Workspace.


3. Authentication (OTP)

The first time you open the Google integration:

  1. Enter an administrator email address

  2. Enter the OTP code you will receive by email

This confirms that the TAC user is the same admin as the Google Workspace admin.


4. Authorisation: granting permissions to the TAC app

To authorise TAC to read users, groups, email signatures, etc., you need to add a domain-wide delegation:

  1. Copy the Client ID shown on the TAC integration page

  2. Click "Add new"

  3. Enter:

    • Client ID

    • The scopes required by the synchronisations you want to activate

  4. Click "Authorize"

6. Activation

Once the required scopes have been authorised:

  1. Go back to TAC → IntegrationsGoogle Workspace

  2. Enable Email Signature or any other desired synchronisations

TAC will automatically apply HTML signatures to all users in the domain.
