Tasks

Tasks let you track activities to complete for your contacts and assign them to teammates.

Tasks on a Contact

From the contact card, under the Tasks tab, you can view and add tasks specific to that person.


How to Create a Task

  1. Go to the Tasks section from the side menu, or open a contact card and select the Tasks tab.

  2. Click the top bar and type the name of the activity.

  3. Set the due date by clicking the calendar icon.

  4. Select the assignee — you can assign the task to yourself or a teammate.

  5. Click Save.

How to do it

Complete a task

Click the circle icon to the left of the task — it turns green and the text is struck through.

Delete a task

Click the red trash icon on the right side of the row.

Filter tasks

Use the Filters button in the top right to filter by contact, assignee, or date.

Search for a task

Use the search bar at the top to quickly find a task by name.


The Tasks Table

The main view shows a table with the following columns:

Column

Description

Name

The task name. Completed tasks appear with strikethrough text and a green checkmark.

Source

Where the task originated from.

Contact

The contact the task is linked to.

Due date

The deadline for the task.

Assignee

The team member responsible for completing the task.
