Tasks on a Contact
From the contact card, under the Tasks tab, you can view and add tasks specific to that person.
How to Create a Task
Go to the Tasks section from the side menu, or open a contact card and select the Tasks tab.
Click the top bar and type the name of the activity.
Set the due date by clicking the calendar icon.
Select the assignee — you can assign the task to yourself or a teammate.
Click Save.
Managing Tasks
Action | How to do it |
Complete a task | Click the circle icon to the left of the task — it turns green and the text is struck through. |
Delete a task | Click the red trash icon on the right side of the row. |
Filter tasks | Use the Filters button in the top right to filter by contact, assignee, or date. |
Search for a task | Use the search bar at the top to quickly find a task by name. |
The Tasks Table
The main view shows a table with the following columns:
Column | Description |
Name | The task name. Completed tasks appear with strikethrough text and a green checkmark. |
Source | Where the task originated from. |
Contact | The contact the task is linked to. |
Due date | The deadline for the task. |
Assignee | The team member responsible for completing the task. |
