ONCE THE APPLICATION IS MADE, IT CAN TAKE FROM 5 TO 45 MINUTES TO PROCESS.
1. Once you have made the Internal Transfer you will see the money in the TAG Markets Wallet.
2. In your Dashboard go to “TAG WALLET”.
3. Choose the option “YOUR CRYPTO WALLETS”.
4. And then go to the option to add your Wallet “ADD A CRYPTO WALLET”.
5. Once you click on this option, the following window will appear.
You must fill in all the requested information, including:
Wallet owner’s name
Crypto Wallet (CRYPTO)
Billing information
Additionally, in the "WALLET ADDRESS" section, enter the wallet address you wish to use for the withdrawal.
6. Once you have filled in all the information to confirm you must enter the “password with which you enter the dashboard” and click on “SUBMIT CRYPTO WALLET”.
7. If all the process was done correctly you will see in your Dashboard the option “PENDING VALIDATION”, this process can take between 5 to 45 minutes.
8. Once your WALLET has been successfully validated you can proceed with the withdrawal to your personal Wallet.
