1. In the section “TAG WALLET” go to the option “WITHDRAWALS”.
2. Here you enter the amount you wish to withdraw to your Personal Wallet and then press “SUBMIT REQUEST”.
3. Once you complete the above process you will get a confirmation box with all the information for you to review the process you have just requested. If all the information is correct click on “YOUR ATTENTION IS REQUIRED. PLEASE CLICK HERE”
4. Enter the Wallet address you previously confirmed.
5. Choose the option “CRYPTOCHILL” - IF YOU DO NOT SELECT THIS OPTION, YOUR WITHDRAWAL WILL NOT BE PROCESSED AND YOU WILL HAVE TO DO IT AGAIN.
6. Once you have entered the information correctly, click on “WITHDRAW”.
7. If all the information was entered correctly it will tell you that your withdrawal was successful and you just have to wait for it to arrive to your Personal Wallet.
