Need to add or remove a subject from your Membership? Accidentally chose the wrong exam board?
You can change your Membership any time.
How to change your Membership:
Step 1. Log in to your course.
Step 2. Click "My TT", then "My Account", then "Cancel Subscription".
Step 3. Select "I'm upgrading / changing my TT Subscription" from the cancellation reason menu.
Step 4. You must cancel your existing Membership in order to change or add subjects. Select the Membership you want to change and cancel it.
Step 5. Set a calendar reminder or alarm to notify yourself when your regular billing cycle ends (this will be 28-30 days from your last billing date).
This is when your access expires—it's the best time to re-enrol in the new subject(s) you want...
Why? It will save you from paying for your new Membership while you still have access in your old one.
Step 6. Visit the Tailored Tutors Pricing Page to start your new Membership.
Scroll down to "Return Users", click "Join Now", select the subject(s) you need, click "Start Your Membership" and check out.
Here are step-by-step instructions to restart your Membership if you get stuck.
NOTE: At check out, use the same email address as your previous Membership to carry forward course progress & Traffic Light data.
